We are currently looking for aDigital Marketing and Communications Manager who would like to help us expand into international markets. As a key point of contact, you will oversee our digital marketing activities – from the website to social media.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s online marketing strategy (on-page and off-page SEO, SEA, social media)
- Create and implement concepts for creative marketing campaigns
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly
- Write and create content for various channels (website, newsletters, social media)
- Optimise the entire customer journey (CRO, A/B testing, growth hacking, sales funnel, marketing automation)
- Distribute all digital marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners (management, IT, sales)
- Co-develop and implement B2B marketing strategies and concepts
- Support the strategic positioning of the company
- Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives
- Create communication materials
- Ideally, experience in UI/UX design for website and application optimisation
Your Profile
- Ideally a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing and PR, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Preferably with experience in the legal services sector
- Confident in using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools
- A strong sense of design and audience-targeted content
- Experience implementing data-driven marketing strategies
- A structured and self-motivated approach with strong execution skills
- Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and strategic thinking
- Ideally experience with marketing automation tools
- KPI monitoring and performance analysis

We are currently looking for a Project Manager & Consultant. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising client projects – from software implementation to data migration. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, building a bridge between technical requirements and strategic business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Project management & implementation:Lead the planning, coordination and execution of software implementation projects
- Consulting & interface management:Act as the central point of contact for clients and coordinate with the IT team
- Data analysis and migration:Support the analysis and structuring of data and carry out data migrations
- Process optimisation:Identify and develop innovative solutions to ensure efficient software deployment
- Client support:Act as the interface between clients and software development, analyse ongoing processes and respond to support enquiries
- Quality assurance:Conduct software testing and ensure proper documentation, including the updating of manuals and guides
- Onboarding and training:Lead client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of our software solutions

Your Profile

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who will help us continuously improve the digital user experience of our product. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, developing user-centred design concepts, and ensuring our software not only works – but truly delights.
Your Responsibilities
• Design modern, user-centred UI/UX concepts for our web application
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualise functionality
• Conduct user research, usability tests and interviews to enhance the user experience
• Work closely with product management, software development, and customer success teams
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all digital products
• Continuously analyse and optimise user interactions (UX audits, heatmaps, KPIs)
• Design and refine PowerPoint templates for the Lawrence Pitch Module
• Contribute to the evolution of our digital corporate design guidelines
Your Profile
• Completed education in design, media informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a SaaS or B2B context
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Experience with common UX research and user testing methodologies
• Technical understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus)
